Rules 2022

Team Structure

Your team will consist of 40 players with no restrictions on positions. Each round you will need to pick a squad of 7 Backs, 6 Mids, 7 Forwards and 2 Rucks, along with 8 Emergencies (2 in each position). The emergency players score will only be included in the calculations if someone from that position did not play. From those scores, the lowest score in each position will be excluded.

Note that naming emergencies is optional. This is most common for ruck positions where you may feel safe only naming 2 rucks each week, and in fact may only have 2 rucks on your list.
